2/21/2023 0 Comments Metro 2033 skip introSpider Nest doesn’t seem like a scary hole in the ground. Last Light and, by extension, Metro 2033 had moments more unsettling and the game didn’t need more insect levels to induce more fear. LL decided to try being a little more scary, and I think it failed. You start alone, with no weapons or gear and as you progress, you use a combination of light sources, a shotgun and a brand new flamethrower (which you have to pump up occasionally) to fight the creatures and get out. Yes, you gotta escape a nest full of giant angry spiders, that before the War used to be a military installation much like D6. First one is a SP mission called Spider Nest. Developer Pack, at first glance seems, fresh, but a lower price of 4 USD put doubt into the mind of yours truly. So, it has barely been a month since LL got its 2nd DLC pack – Tower – and we already get a new one. If you read my blog regularly, you’ve probably read so much about Metro: Last Light and its DLC, that I’ve decided to skip the intro this time.
